Officiating was father David Richter. Interment was at St.Joseph's Cemetery, under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home inMansfield. Mr. Knight died Tuesday, Jan. 14, after a lengthy illness, at WillisKnighton Medical Center in Shreveport. He was born in Ebarb, and was aretired truck driver. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Knight; two sisters; and twobrothers. Mr. Knight is survived by two sons, Jessie Knight Jr. of Frierson, andMaurice Knight of Abbeville; two daughters, Carrie K. Rivers and husbandWilbert of Zwolle, and Robbie Anderson of Chandler, Ariz.; threebrothers, John Knight of Noble, Gene Knight and wife Minnie of Noble, andHenry Knight and wife Letha of Albuquerque, N. M.; 14 grandchildren; 10great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Glen Ezernack, Dale Remedies, Raymond Ebarb, BennyRemedies, Bill Ebarb, and Jackie Rivers.
