The Rev. Irv Duncan,pastor of Westview Christian Church, officiated. Burial was at ForestPark West. Mrs. Faust, a native of Fort Jesup, died July 17, 1987, inWillis-Knighton Medical Center, following a lengthy illness. She had beena resident of Shreveport for the past 30 years. She was a housewife, anda member of Westview Christian Church. Survivors include her husband, Louis Madison Faust of Shreveport (theywere married August 4, 1942); three sons, and one daughter, Richard LouisFaust of Shreveport, Barbara Faust Bevel of Atlanta, Texas, Bernice EmmitFaust of Summerset, N. J., Robert Davis Faust of Dallas, Texas; twosisters, Hazel Flossie Stephens of Fort Jesup, Ruth Nancy Henderson ofSan Antonio; four brothers, R. T. Leach, C. D. Leach, Milford JamesLeach, all of Fort Jesup, Emet Lester Leach of Vinton; ninegrandchildren; five great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Donnie Bevel, Harold Faust, Otis Faust, John Cassidy,Doyle Allred, and Mike Allred.
