W. C. Sandiford, and the Rev. Hoy Leach officiating. Interment wasin the Antioch Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows FuneralHome. Mrs. Cook died in the Fraser Hospital North, Wednesday, June 3, at 1:15a.m., after an extended illness. She is survived by three daughters, Edna Melerobich, Marie Anthony, andBernice Herrick, all of Florien; one son, James A. Cook of Florien; threesisters, Zelma Anthony of Florien, Bertha Salter of Many, and BertieLeach of Shreveport; one brother, Howard Blackwell of Florien; sixgrandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. Pallbearers were Kenneth Funderburk, Gerald Jordan, Lester Savell, TomLangton, Gordon Anthony, and Howard Anthony.
