She is survived by her husband, James R. Matthews of Robeline; two sons,Billy G. Matthews, and Harold Matthews, both of Natchitoches; twodaughters, Mary Larpenter of Robeline, Peggye Rivers of Many; fivesisters, Etna Arthur, Olevia Carline, Doris Faust, Novis Lambert, all ofMany, and Lizzie Bell Carline of Robeline; two brothers, Younger Stewartof Robeline, and James M. Stewart of Bethany, Okla.; 18 grandchildren; 25great +grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
