• Notes

  Brack was a jack-leg lawyer. He and his wife Alice were included in special holidays with the Montgomery family, such as Christmas, hog butcherings, birthdays, etc. He came to the home of Clyde Montgomery when Clyde was ill. Brack drew up the legal work for deeding the farm at Cynthiana to Nellie Montgomery and her daughter Louisa. The sand farm went to his brother Cort and the part of the Montgomery farm (40 acresand 38 acres) was not divided, but stayed in both Clyde and Cort's names. Submitted by Michael A.
