Notes - BIOGRAPHY: Kitturan's father was George Connally, born 1731. He was the son of John Connally and Margaret "Peggy" Oldham, married 26 February, 1729. George married Francis Moore, born 1754, on June 12, 1774. George died at age 88 on 15 January, 1819.
RELIGION: The Methodist Society at New Union, later New Salem, was organized. Kitturan was one of the first seven members. James was not among the seven.
