!BIRTH: Born in Montevail Springs, Tennessee per the death certificate of a daughter, Elizabeth Montgomery Sneed. Linnie Cunningham says Montvail Springs was in Blount Co., a town east of Greenback that was famous for its natural fountains. However, the death certificate of another daughter, Martha J. Montgomery Bullard, says she was born in Nashville, Tennessee.
!MARRIAGE: Married at age 17 1/2.
Biographical Information: The first 4 children were born in Arkansas. All 11 children had red or auburn hair. After her husband's death, Lucinda lived for another 16 years with her son, John Redmond "Pink" Montgomery. She died at age 75, having outlived her husband, six of her eleven children and at least one grandchild.
