His life was spent in service to his God and church as a High Priest in many areas of the United States.... Ernest was a realtor, appraiser, and with his son, a Colorado construction developer. He is survived by his wife Muriel of Santa Rosa, California, his daughter Patricia Staeck who resides in Arizona, seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild....He was pre-deceased by his wife, Ardyce, and son Ernest E. II. As a family historian, Ernest had done much genealogical -- searching, writing and publishing for his family. He loved books, learning and acquiring knowledge..."
