    • Elbert was born and raised on the original James Montgomery fasrm on Baker's Creek. Graduated from Maryville College and worked for a short time for the Aluminum Company opf America. Very active in Community affairs. He is Director of Blount County Livestock Association, and Director of Fort Loudoun Electric Co-op. He has been an elder and treasurer ulb Baker's Creek Presbyterian Church.
